  • Completely awful experience! No willingness to help fix a mistake with a flight. Have to cancel the first part of my flight for medical issues but it would cost me over $500 to do so! So now I'm completely out of everything for my trip and flight. Airlines can change whatever they want with no care and no refunds but you try to change your flight and it literally cost 3xs your original cost. Absolutely rediculous.... no customer service AT ALL!!!!! I will never flight this airline ever.......
