OK so I go to McDonald's today around 1130 this morning to get myself a bite to eat so I get a fish sandwich and a medium caramel latte. I got my food and I'm driving home and I stop at the light and I take a sip of my latte well whoever put it together did not put the lid on very tight of the iced latte because it spilled all over the front of my shirt all over my pants and it went through my shirt and my under garment (bra) are all stained. I came home and called the location and asked to speak to the manager and the person who answered said she was one of them but never introduced herself to me. I told her my story and she said she needed to speak to her manager (how many managers do you need) and if she was one how come she could not help me?
So I heard her tell someone in the background my situation and I heard that person say all we can do is offer her an apology. The next thing I know I am speaking to another no name manager and I told her my story and also suggested that I bring the stained shirt and bra and her response to me was I am not calling you a liar but I can give you a free meal or send your clothes to the laundry and then check with my manager (another manager) if we can pay for it.
I have been doing customer service since 1969 and have never been treated like this before but I will say I will NOT be returning to this location for any reason.
