  • It's Thanksgiving and all I was hoping to get out of my visit at Total Wine was grabbing a Sweet white wine and some Vodka for our Thanksgiving dinner drinks. However, what I ended up getting was Eric, the most unhappy and disrespectful individual I have ever encountered. I came in asking for a, fruity white wine and he yells out to another "wine expert" where to find "fruity white wine" you would think that with the title of Assistant Manager on his name badge that he would have known where to find such small request and instead asked someone else. I then told him that D'Asti is more than fine, he then says "then you should have said that" and then continues to argue and say, "you should have said moscato" and I told the other wine expert to please take me to the where the D'Asti was. Then ERIC, the ASSISTANT MANAGER goes on saying, GET OUT OF MY STORE. I told him stop being rude it's Thanksgiving. He said get out, get out of my store. I then reacted and said shut up and he yelled at me, know you get out. I asked for the manager and he said I am the Manager. Then I decided to just go, I had a turkey in the oven and I was just there to grab-and-go and instead I was yelled at and walked out. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Even worst was the fact that he had the decency to tell me to go complaint online as he was walking me out. I will write to corporate and find a new place close by for wine, even if it's further away.
