| - Raul has been fixing my iPhones since before he even had a store. He's always been great and i've been to iTechs multiple times. Unfortunately, today I went in to get my mother's 3GS screen replaced (one of many customers I've tried to bring them). After a 30min wait of having it "fixed," I returned home (across town in E Mesa) to find the glass wasn't put on correctly so the home button was no longer working, and he also forgot to return the 2 bottom screws. I returned to the store and explained to the guy what was up, he told me it was all because it was a 3GS (even tho it was working perfectly before) and I should get a new phone, and that yea, he forgot the screws, "so?" I told him forget it just take the screen back and give me my money back, to which he replied, "uh, no."
I called their phone number and talked to Daisy, who I'm told is Raul's wife, who told me she would call him to see what the problem was and call me back. I waited in the store and heard him get the call, he took my phone and sat down with it, no conversation. I waited for Daisy's call - no call.
20 minutes later I called her back asking what the deal was and explaining I wanted a refund for all the time wasted and was told they "can't do that." It is their business, right? So it's WONT, not can't. So I waited another 45 minutes in the hot office with no air and the door open in 115 az heat and finally got my phone back.
I like Raul, and liked his business, but after the horrible customer service and shotty work I received today I can say I'll never go back, and that honestly sucks. Back to Craigslist, I guess...
