  • minute 30 on hold waiting for their supervisor brandy. i work for a property management company and the home warranty dispatched this company for my own home. this is the 3rd recall and today they missed my appointment and didn't even call to tell me they weren't coming. what a gem of a company. they are on my list of vendors not to use from here on out. minute 32 and still on hold.
