My Mom lives about 5 minutes away from Sam's town so this is just a review on the Casino and not the lodging. As far as off the strip casinos go, this place is pretty solid. We come here about 3 or 4 times a year and while we still do go to the bigger strip casinos this place has a nice slower paced vibe. Parking is easy, I've never had any issues with the patrons or the staff and the food is decent. I wouldn't expect a lot from the buffet, but at $10 it was ok. Things looked fresh and everyone seemed to love the crab legs. They also have Dunkin Donuts, a bowling alley and a movie theater. I've played slots with my mother on several occasions and end up doing pretty well. It's a nice respite from the hustle and bustle (and hassle) of the strip.
