  • We just went shopping yesterday, the fridge is packed. At 9 pm we noticed that it was warm. We pulled up Google and started calling every number. We were getting nervous. We somehow got lucky beyond belief. Elite Pro answered the phone professionally and let us know the technician would be to us in 20 minutes. He was. He was polite and kind. He told us it was the fan. We were prepared that he would have to replace it. After bringing one in he realized the one we had was fine and just needed to be calibrated. He easily could have sold us a fan, we never would have known. He was honest. This was by far the nicest, most professional, technician that we have ever come in contact with. I wish I could give this company 10 stars.
