I know it's McDonald's so take it as it is. We all have a craving randomly and I'm sorry I spent my time in line only to receive cold food... the sausage burrito was icy in the middle. Busy or not, you send out cold food after someone has been waiting, that's a big no no. McDonald's is really lacking in there food department as of spreading there menu out so far that employees can't keep up. I mean seriously, myself or someone else can get sick. And what's with the buckets of soiled rags and multiple clean towels in a sani solution? Are employees using them once and putting in dirty bucket or are they throwing used towels into clean bucket again? What a waste. Time to start thermometer checks on food
