  • Me & my husband purchased a TV from this Aaron's and made payments for two years after we lost everything in a house fire. About four months after paying the tv off it just stopped working. We contacted them and they said they would fix it and sent out there service center to pick it up. After numerous calls for an update they said it was not going to be fixed they would give us a quote. Which is not what was promised. We waited three months before they finally contacted us giving us a quote of over a thousand dollars. We spent a total of 3,200 on this tv and you want us to pay over a thousand to fix it when it was bran new and then when we demanded for our tv back it was returned in worse condition then when they took it from our home. Scratches as if it was dragged across a concrete floor and the corner broken and the power button broken. This manager Donnie was very unprofessional and said that his employee who said they would fix it gave us false information and could lose her job. Then when we contacted Donnie he said there was nothing he could do and we can not verify it wasn't in the condition it is now from when we got it back. We will never do business with another Aaron's ever again. I will make sure every person I know including the 600 Facebook friends I have will all be informed that Aaron's is a scam and they have no desire to insure there quality of merchandise nor do they care about there customers! What an extreme disappointment! When the TV arrived at home our son was so happy and we had to inform him it wasn't fixed and now even more broken then before, he also was very upset! I hope this review will help others have a perspective before they choose to waste there time and hard earned money! If I could give them no stars as a rating I definitely would!
