  • This is my first time writing a negative review about a company. I made a yelp account JUST to write this review. I purchased a magnetic-wallet phone case for my iPhone 5 here. I absolutely love the magnetic aspect of the case. I purchased for $25 and felt it was a great deal. About a week later the card holding portion of the wallet ripped (only two cards in a slot) and I did my best to mend it with tape; I didn't have an extra $25 to spend on a new case. A couple of months later I gave in and went back to buy another. I showed the same man (owner) my wallet and asked if he had heard of the same sort of thing happening to others, he quickly responded, "No." He proceeded to tell me that the wallet was $50 and only came down to the original $25 after my adamantly telling him that I had purchased the same wallet for $25. Oh well, I was excited to have a mint condition wallet! 2 days later the card holding portion of the wallet ripped in the SAME manner. I attempted to bring the wallet back on Saturday, closed. Sunday, closed. And then of course closed again on Monday (Memorial Day). I came back AGAIN on Tuesday, only to be told that he would do absolutely nothing for me. No refund. No exchange. So, I've paid $25 for the same broken ass wallet. Shame on me. If you decide to shop here: -He will base his prices on how much he feels he can take from you. -The products are not high quality. -if you are unhappy with the product, or the product breaks immediately (it very well may), you are stuck with the product. The owner of Vegas Cellular seems like a kind and gentle man, but keep in mind, this is a small store, selling low-mid quality product and attempting to make top profit, so buy products that you know are reliable, or shop somewhere that will take care of/reimburse the customers that purchased faulty product
