  • Victor, at the front desk, was great. I had just been told by another brake shop that I needed new calipers and pads, as well as shoes in the back. Tempe Auto Repair checked it out and rather than taking advantage of my naivety, they told me truthfully that my brakes were fine and even gave me some tips to resolve some of the squealing. I was prepared to spend hundreds of dollars (begrudgingly) and thanks to them I didn't have to do that just yet.
