  • Absolutely pathetic customer service. Over an hour of waiting with no assistance. The poor fools walking in off the street put their names on the list and were told it would be a 30 - 45 minute wait, which was a pretty bold lie considering we had been waiting over an hour and had only moved 2 spaces up the wait list. Avoid. Hell, drop AT&T altogether. This company is a nightmare.
