  • My husband and I went to the drive through at Panera on Mayfield Rd., Mayfield Hts. on Friday, 4-15-16, about 7:45 pm. He ordered a sandwich for himself and a salad for me. When we got home and I opened the bag, there was a piece of bread that had obviously been torn (on both ends) from a loaf of French bread. The bread on both sides was hard. First and last time for me.
