  • I brought my car in today, had scheduled a full synthetic oil change, coolant exchange and fill, less than 3,000k after my last so I was early. Always come here and this time really disappointed. Brought in 7am-1:30pm to find out they didn't even give me what I requested a full alignment like I thought because they told me I needed bushings. Now mind you I was just there under 3k miles since the last one they did it fine and didn't try and tell this needed this but this time they refuse to do it. SMDH! Seems like everytime I come to a new Firestone in my area (I move all The time) it's another story. I feel really jipped this time! I am going to go get ripped off from dealer now so I can get my job done right "the first time" your motto is a joke! Due to the fact everytime I need a car lube job I rather find someone I can trust that's not these guys! STAY AWAY!
