  • I have been going here for decades even before it was the Swan. Amazing place until recently. I have had nothing but pisitive experiences with the staff for years. Tonight I went by with a friend who made a point of bringing her passport with her because she looks young . She was stopped by the bouncer. She was polite and provided her passporr proving her age. Enter and sit at the bar and literally 30 seconds later an abnoxious bartender with attitude asks her for ID .My friend tells her that she was just IDed but she demands ID agai . Friend puts the passport on the bar to provide ID AGAIN and bartender, without looking at ID , says " I'm nit serving you" ; apparently she in her arrogsnce did not like the way the passport was presented to her holiness. Neither my friend nor I were impaired having just left our house . I spoke to the bouncer right after and and he apologized. We attended a better bar without a single problem. I think management really needs at this bartender and her artogance.
