rev:text	I paid for the package that was 27 dollars I normally never spend that much but the lower package the silver package wasn't going to do my car justice since I have two kids and a dog constantly in my car. Also the vibe is nice I pass by all the time and I really wanted to try it out. The beginning of the car wash is a little different the outside wash is done by hand at first then machine and then you are directed around the building to have the interior done. I made sure to take the car seat out of my car because they never seem to vacuum or clean under if I leave it in but still with 4 to 5 guys working on my car taking over 40 mins it looked terrible the outside was filthy, I wish I took pictures and the inside was average at best. The console was extra greasy, the doors had crumbs, the middle of the seats had chips and fries. (now I know my car was bad but that's why I was PAYING to get it cleaned). While I sat in the comfortable waiting area a nice guy named Tyler assisted me in repairing some cracks that I had on my front windshield. He was telling me how he used to work at the car wash previously and he asked me to check my car out and if I needed something redone he would call the guys. We looked at my car together and he saw how unhappy I was and he took my car to the side and re did it himself. No one even offered to HELP! If I hadn't just waited over and hour and paid 30 dollars I would have given him a huge tip! 5 stars to Tyler but only 2 for the car wash... I don't know why they would do such a sub par job because if you want people to come back you have to give good results. Most likely I will not return but if I do I hope they do a MUCH BETTER JOB!!!
