  • First let me start by saying that I have NEVER in my life written a bad review, but was shocked by how incredibly rude and borderline abusive the female groomer Dana was!!!! I made an appointment a week ahead of schedule only to receive a call from Dana a few hours prior to my appt asking me to reschedule because she had overbooked herself. I let her know that I would not be able to do so, and she openly, and loudly, sighed over the phone about my not being able to change to another date and time. When my fiancee went to drop off the dog, and was 10 mins late so refused to take the dog at all! I was confused and called to ask why she wouldn't take my dog and she said it was because my fiancee was 15 mins late and that "she can't help other people's mistakes". If you do not have a 15 min window as a groomer then obviously you are doing a shoddy job and rushing. I explained to her that I was a little taken back by her attitude to which she hung up on me! DO NOT take your dog here, she is a nasty person with a nasty attitude!
