  • First thought when I called was they are super friendly and professional. Paul got me all set up with my appointment quick and easy they haven't made it out to do the cleaning but I'm already impressed with their customer service. Will update once cleaning has been done! Update: cleaning was really good was one small buckle on an area rug but I'm hoping that it will go down in a couple days but other than that it was a great service and just as the phone rep was nice their cleaners are super nice as well!! Good job zerorez!!
