| - My perception of the deliciousness on tap at Bandit may be skewed by the walk from downtown that I unwittingly embarked on. Arriving at a brewery sunburned and drenched in sweat has a tendency to make a beer taste ... especially good.
First off, the logo here is adorable, and I appreciate that. Now, to the beer. I had, I'm fairly sure, both a black and a white IPA, and a third of some variety. My recollection is a bit foggy as this was not the first set of drinks for the day. I do recall well-polished beers that were, most importantly, balanced. Too many craft breweries are putting out mediocre beer, and that is definitely not the case here. The staff were great in recommending beers, as well.
Also, if every other review wasn't enough, allow this to be the push you need to get the cheese curds. If there's a food that's more delicious while socializing over a beer, I'd like to meet it.
