  • I would absolutely give Thrifty car rental a zero if it was available. The whole experience has been a NIGHTMARE!!! I rented a car 2 days ago and I cannot get anyone on the phone to help me with the problems I am having. They have charged me twice, got a flat tire on the 1st rental car and the GPS system they rented me does not work. Ugh!!! Don't rent from these people. It is not worth the 7 extra hours of agrivation I have had the last 2 days. I'm supposed to be enjoying my vacation.
