  • I'm being kind by giving this salon 1 star. I am a 50-year old career women. I can say this having had my nails done in one form or another for the past 25+ years at salons throughout the US: This is the worst nail salon for gel nails. Why? Many reasons: (1) My nails were filed too thin and I had strong nails before the gel coat removal. (2) Some high school student (perhaps daughter of the owners?) did my nails. Is she even licensed? (3) The gel polish was so thin that it started coming off and chipping in about 3-days. (4) Left hand nails were longer than the right hand. Unfortunately, this was something i didn't notice until after I left the salon. And even if I had noticed it in the salon, would I really have wanted them to fix it???? (5) Nails filed too short. And (6) customer appreciation? No sign of that here. It is now the middle of February and I had my nails done New Years week. Guess what? They are still growing out and I am having to treat them everyday with nail strengthener! The upside? The salon was one of the cleaner ones but that just gets me in the door. Uggghhhh! And I'm from LA. I thought we held the title on "Worst Nails Salons in the Country". Time to pass the title, I guess.
