Won a membership to hard candy fitness, and was eager to start my trial membership. The space is very clean (spotless!), and the equipment is top notch. However, what was lacking was the customer service. I was introduced to Sean, who took down my particulars and got me started. However, he did not offer me a tour of the facilities - which is odd considering this is standard fare for a new member. He did not seem very interested in orientating me to the club... But when two individuals who came right after me (I.e potential paying customers), they had the tour of the facilities by Sean. Was rather put off by this behavior, as I felt like a second class citizen at this gym.
