I'm very disappointed with Beam. I called two weeks prior to schedule service. Two weeks was the soonest they could come for furnace maintenance. I made arrangements with my work so that I could be present for the maintenance, and the morning of the scheduled service they called and cancelled my service because their techs were too busy servicing A/C issues due to the hot weather.
The receptionist was very nice both times I spoke with her and I have no complaints there, but I can never recommend doing business with a company that shows a complete disrespect for other people's time and doesn't keep appointments because they are too busy with some emergency A/C repair calls that would pay more than my scheduled service call.
