  • This was a nightmare experience that turned into a dream. I had purchased tires online through the website, and scheduled my appointment through the checkout process. The purchase was made on a Sunday, and I could've made the appointment for 8am on Monday, but decided to push it off until Tuesday because it worked into my schedule better, and it would give the shop an additional day to get the tires since they weren't in stock. Fast forward to Tuesday at 10, when my appointment was scheduled for. No tires. They checked to see if there was an error in the order, but nope, just no tires. They checked the inventory for the entire Las Vegas valley, and there were only 2 of the particular tire I ordered the entire valley, and to get them would take until around 4pm, and then there would be the time to put the tires on, so that wouldn't work. By this time I am getting frustrated, and I sure it shows. Then, they decided to save my day. I fully expected them to offer some half hearted apologies about the delivery process, point out that it was out of their control, and offer a small percentage off when the tires came in, but that is not how they handled the situation. Rather than passing the buck, which would have been completely justified because it really was out of their control that they didn't receive the tires I was assured would be there, they stepped up to the plate. They substituted an upgraded tire for the one I had already purchased. Rather than letting me go home frustrated, they gave me a significantly more expensive tire, which was rated to go 10,000 more miles than the tire I initially purchased, and provided it at the original price I paid. In handling the transaction this way they definitely cut into their profits, and may have even taken a loss on the tire, but they gained a lifetime tire customer. I previously bought tires from here because of the value that they generally offer, now I would gladly pay a little bit more knowing that if there is ever a problem they will do whatever it takes to make sure my truck and I are taken care of properly.
