| - Awful customer service and awful car wash. I paid nearly 100 dollars for a seat shampoo and car wash, which also included and interior cleaning etc. When I initially arrived, the girl quoted me 1.5 hours, which seemed reasonable for a detailed wash. Two hours later, I inquired as to the status of the job and apparently it was going to take another hour. First issue. Then, when I finally picked the car up after being there for over tree hours, the rims weren't wiped well at all, parts of the seats weren't even shampoo'd and the interior looked barely vacuumed and had streaks all across the inside. I was so angry, but I didn't even stay to complain because I had to be at a meeting and I had already wasted nearly half my day at this place for what seemed like NO REASON AT ALL. Then, I went back the next day to complain to the manager, and insisted I received a refund because of how awful the job was done. Instead, she gave me a free car wash of the same value and apologized. That wasn't at all what I wanted, but I figured it was at least something even though I was skeptical about the quality of the next wash. Low and behold, I was right and it was even WORSE than the previous wash and took just as long after I was misquoted a timeframe YET AGAIN. I just said screw it at that point and explained that I would never return to their car wash and that they would do well to hire people who actually gave half a crap about their job. I rarely write negative reviews for businesses as I work in the hospitality industry and can understand many things, but this was unacceptable.
