  • Good, basic cardio equipment if its snowing or raining outside and you need a quick workout. The weights are becoming all about gangs of meatheads. The hours suck but that may be because of the plaza/city of Rocky River rules. Good parking (garage underneath) Biggest complaint is that its basically a sauna anytime the temp is higher than 50 degrees outside. doors shut and minimal air circulation/air conditioning. aka you will start dripping sweat just walking on the treadmill! Fine for $10/month. you get what you pay for!
