  • Love this place. I just found out about Frans and have loved the food and the service is wonderful. The cabbage rolls are so good even better than my sisters. Don't believe everything you hear or read that is negative. I know these people are very familiar with proper food handling and being very clean. The building is old but adds ambience to sitting down eating. I will continue to go there for a long time.
