Had to get 4 new tires and a few other items so I know my wait would be longer. I told them I was short on time and they gave me a courtesy car to use. I came back after the two hours and my car had a few more minutes to be serviced so I was directed toward the beautiful waiting room with refrig. W/ drinks and snacks. Comfy chairs and tv's.
The serviceman came me out and got me, and ushered me to the payment window where I paid the bill. Now this is where the rating drops to a 3 from a 5-the bill was incorrectly written up. I paid the over $400 bill in full and they forgot to add a $10 fee for something. No one noticed and I left the facility and from there on was hounded for over a week by the service guy for the $10. Now, I paid the bill in full so, how was I wrong-they gave it to me. I can see if it was hundreds of dollars off but ten dollars off of a $400+ bill is a little strange to keep calling on.
I'm not sure I'll go to this dealer again.
