I travel, a lot. I frequent restaurants, a lot. I'm a Lifetime Platinum Marriott member. (irrelevant) This dining experience was not ideal. Right out of the gate, waitress served me someone else's appetizer. (stuffed dates) It took 25 minutes for my burger and fries to arrive but only because I asked. The fries were soggy and cold confirmed by another guest (Steve) who tried a few just to make me feel like I'm not crazy. I asked to see the manager. He came out 10 minutes later. Offered a beer, (P.S. I paid for it) I accepted. I asked for new fries. Brought new hot fries. Soggy. It's not rocket science. Fries should be hot and not soggy. Management has been notified and they responded with a promise to address the situation. I'll be back.
