Have been here 3 times in last 30 days due to family being ill, can't wait for an appointment. Wait time has been 2 hours each time, no matter what time of day it is. A bit excessive, but clearly there is only 1 doc and nurse rotating patients. I expect a bit of a wait, but not a consistent 2 hours. Girl at the counter needs privacy and customer service training. She makes you explain in front of the wait room what you need to be seen for, (no one's business) not sure why she asks if they have you fill it out on the form (much more private). She had a man hanging out on the patient side of the counter (boyfriend), who wouldn't move when anyone approached the counter. He not only got to hear everyone's private business, he looked over everyone's forms as they turned them in. I refused to turn my form in while he was standing there, luckily he left after doing a "pinky finger" hand shake with the office girl - I still had 2 forms to fill out. Highly unprofessional. If they don't quickly get that under control, I see a future of a lawsuit on their hands for invasion of privacy. What a joke.
