  • Went here a couple weeks back and had an okay experience. Seems based on other reviews the service is hit or miss and this time was a miss. We were placed in a back area and forgotten then once we did get our food some was not really warm any more while others were missing. That is really too bad because the food (even at room temp) was good! I hope that they work on the service and make this into a great place for everyone in Charlotte!!
