  • This coffee spot is really close to where I live and I only stop here when I am pressed for time or don't feel like driving to places that I prefer. The coffee is decent and their menu is simple. Sometimes the latte will be too milky and the coffee flavor does not shine through, but the buzz is strong enough. If you order your drink to stay they give you a little short bread that is nice and buttery. They also have a clean food selection and multiple baked items that are quite good. It does have a good atmosphere for studying as well and the music selection is usually decent. At this point you are probably wondering why three starts only? My biggest issue is with the service. The girls working the front are nothing but unfriendly. I often feel like I am a hassle and wonder why they appear to hate their job. I wouldn't highly recommend it, but I also wouldn't say to absolutely avoid Echo either.
