  • Brought my ipod classic 5th gen in for a new battery. Staff is very friendly, the store is clean and they had a new battery in it within 4 hours. Price reasonable too. Unfortunately, when I picked it up, the metal casing had bends all along both sides from where they pried the case apart. Using the proper technique and plastic tools, I'm told, would have resulted in no bends/damage to the case. Hoped to resell it but this damage has negatively affected the resale value. Very disappointing. Will use Apple Store next time, even if it costs a little more.
