This was my 3rd time doing my nails at eden the first time I got dipping powder nails was with a girl and I loved them and went back but the past 2 times it was a guy. The only person that does dipping powder.
First time I paid $35 and went I went back the lady at the register told me was still $35.
When he finish doing my nail he said it was $40.
Employee shouldn't be given giving different prices.
Went back 2 weeks later hoping to see the lady who did my nail the first time but again only this guy was available. He did such a terrible job that I feel I have to warn costumers that are planning on getting same treatment there. To go some where else.
I told him a did not want them too thick and chunky but he didn't listen. And answered with an attitude like I had saying on how I want my nails.
He messed up one my nails and a left a dent on the nail and said it's fine don't worry about it.
When he was wrapping nails with acetone he put my nails in dirty ziplock bags sandwich size that clearly it was used before. Which I was so grossed out. I refused.
And I still don't understand why he didn't use aluminum foil instead like it's usually done.
For sure it a health code violation to reused any tools without being sanitized between costumers.
I hope the owners address this.
