  • run really fast they kept my $10,000 dollar earnest money deposit. the home didnt even have a concrete foundation poured yet? we didnt feel comfortable with the builder or the lender bells cargo! this builder (beazer) kept my money then knocked down the price $10,000 and listed the home on the mls. do not do business with them. they are low level scumbags! if you operate like this good luck in the karma dept!
