I had to take my car in for its first maintenance trip, but having bought my car at a dealership 3 hours away, I had to find a closer dealership. There were only a couple of issues... more of a "it would have been nice to know this" than a gripe and now that my "first time there" experience is out of the way, they shouldn't be an issue anymore. Outside of the following things, everything else went absolutely perfect. Everyone was really friendly and the shuttle service was great! Would definitely recommend.
1 - The first is that I scheduled the appointment online and for whatever reason, it wouldn't tell me that this was a covered maintenance trip. I was sure I shouldn't be charged but making the appointment showed me that I was going to be charged in the appointment summary.
2 - When I drove up, there weren't any signs that told me where to go. I had to ask around and ended up asking other customers at first. Either way, there doesn't seem to be a central "check in".
3 - I dropped off my car at 1pm or so. I chose to have the shuttle bring me home but they didn't pick me up to get me back to my car until around 5pm. I wasn't expecting it to take that long and it would have been nice to have an estimate for how long it was going to be.
