  • Don't trust them! I was on vacation but had to get a termite report for an ongoing refinancing process. The report stated state there was evidence of previous damage (which was on the report when I bought my house 16 years ago) and that although no live termites were seen, I needed $500 worth of treatment. I paid $50 for them to try to take advantage of me. I called another company and received a clean bill of health. This company ripped me off for $50 and tried hard to take me for another $500!
