  • I had had a company called forever vent come to clean my vents and look at our ducts as our renter had had some respiratory issues. They came and knowing she had been sick said "I can clean the dust but not the mold. You must have had a leak in your AC" and didn't actually clean the vents as they were paid to do. I had Patrick Riley come for a second opinion and what a difference. They reported no mold, showed us before and after pictures of our ducts and spent hours cleaning every duct and vent after carefully covering all of the furniture with plastic, etc. they were careful, courteous, thorough, hard-working, knowledgeable and above all else HONEST. I can not say enough good about them -especially after dealing with their competitors. Patrick Riley is amazing! Thank you!
