The GM contacted me and was sincerely apologetic and from that conversation I can tell he truly gets customer service. He wanted to make the situation right, and did what he could to salvage a negative experience. I respect that. I dealt with Frank afterwards and the guy took care of me immediately. I appreciate any business or person that can admit fault and do what they can to make it right. Although our experience wasnt the best, I have to give credit where its due and say that the Managers do care about their customers, and that this was more than likely a 1 off incident.
