  • If I could give no stars- this is the most unorganized, unprofessional, unapologetic people I have ever done business with. There is a huge lack of communication in the office amongst employees/ managers. There is a even larger problem with the listening skills of the staff. A part that was needed for a repair took almost a week to get because of lack of communication and unprofessionalism. Mean while my newborn child, elderly parents and family wait for them to get the issue correct? It's triple digits in Vegas (110) degrees. Maybe I should have done it myself - seems it would have been quicker...
