  • I will never go back here. I booked an appointment for my dog to have a bath and a blow dry (no grooming just a bath) and was told to bring him in for 11 A.M. The lady at reception indicated it would be 2-2.5 hours, which seemed reasonable to me considering they seemed quite busy. When I hadn't heard after 3 hours on the status of my dog, I called back and was told he wouldn't be ready until 5 P.M. That's 6 hours later! For a bath? When I arrived to pick the dog up, they brought me the wrong dog! Horrible experience. Will never go back.
