So, for almost a week. I had a pain coming from my rear lats and was bothering me when I breath. Also, had problems when I'm teaching my group fitness class. I tried ibuprofen, Tylenol, tequila but the pain persisted to the point it was waking me up! Made the best decision ever and called Dr. Ted. Explained my situation and saw me right away. A couple of adjustments and muscle stem, I was back on track within hours! Yes, hours because I took core class later that day with minimal issues! Thanks Dr. Ted! See you in a few weeks! :)
