Eh, I expected a higher standard of service since it's a fine jewelry store. I needed to have my necklace chain fixed and I was literally directed to 3 different associates, so that was annoying. "Oh you'll have to talk to the gentleman there" "Oh you'll need to talk to the sales associate over there" etc.
I also wasn't greeted upon entering either..I sort of had to wander around, and I know the associates saw me come in looking lost, but they all waited for me to approach them and ask for help versus welcoming me and asking me what I needed..
I wish there was a closer Tiffanys location I could go to because I was not left feeling like a valued customer here.
