Overall pretty mediocre. Whoever says this is the best AYCE sushi in Vegas is either ignorant to what decent sushi is, or just eats basic ass rolls with basic ingredients. I went here super hungry after not eating all day until 5pm and still everything was mediocre. Their seaweed they used to make their nigiri was super soggy and chewy as soon as it hit our table.
Ikura was really salty and fishy aka not fresh
Hamachi was not fresh, had a sour aftertaste to it
Uni was low quality and had that ocean animal dookie aftertaste to it. Amaebi had a shitload of overpowering sauce on it, hiding the mediocre flavor. Tuna poki had way too much sauce on it. The best thing I ate here was the shrimp tempura and the hamachi kama.
My first time EVER not ordering two rounds of nigiri because I was so disappointed in the quality. For 2 more bucks you can get MUCH higher quality ayce sushi at Sushi Goyemon or Sushi twister.. Sushi twister on Boulder Hwy is still the best in my opinion and worth the drive.
