| - Some cool people but MAKE SURE YOU READ the contract and questions all the charges in it. I purchased a car listed at $5,995, put $2000 down, and ended up with a total loan of $7800. In the contract, they added GAP coverage ($750), and a service contract ($2000). They did not ASK me if I wanted this. The car is worth about $6500 per KBB, with the $2K down + doc fees, tax, title, etc, I should have had an amount of maybe $4500-$4800, but the additional add-ons that were not asked for leave me feeling like I don't want to do business here again. I would not recommend this place and regret doing business here. I wish they were more straight forward with the additional charges instead of saying things like, "I got you a great deal on your service contract..." Their "service contract," for the cost, is not on-par with other similar service contracts. Example, at Lunde's Peoria Volkswagen, for a similar cost ($2300), I got included service up to 100,000 miles, end-to-end coverage (on non-wear parts), and a $100 deductible. So like I said, beware and read that contract, they will gloss over it, and if you ask questions, they will basically try to bully you into whatever they already put in the contract.
