  • Beware of their return policy. I purchased a coat on the forever 21 website for my wife for Christmas, only to find that it did not fit. I figured it would be no problem to return it, since I had the receipt. However, when I go to the store, they tell me they can only give me an exchange for merchandise because the price tag was not perfectly attached. Nothing in the store fits any woman bigger than a size 6 and they no longer had the coat I purchased in stock. Bottom line, don't buy gifts here unless you are absolutely certain the garment will fit perfectly because otherwise, you will be stuck with something you don't want and cannot use.
