  • I'm changing the star rating to only 3. I went to this dentist for a few years, and even recommended a some people to him. However, from day one, there has been a sensitive spot near the gum line because there is a gap on a crown. I went in for him to fix it, but he wasn't able to. I complained about it a few times. I've had to deal with that extremely painful spot when I brush my teeth for about 2 years. Now he tells me I need a root canal. I think that he should have fixed the crown in the first place. Then I wouldn't need a root canal. It would be fair if he would pay for my root canal. And I would have it done at a different dentist office.
