We bought a new Tahoe LTZ from Don at Van Chevrolet in May of 2015. At that time, there was an existing scratch on the passenger dash and a few blemishes on the leather. We were told that the parts would be ordered and they would call us when they were in- no cal was ever received. Since then, we have brought our car in three times for routine oil changes. Each time, we borough up the pre-existing issues and asked for them to be fixed. The first two times, we were told to come get our car and they would call us when the parts were in to schedule service- again, both times no call was ever received. On 5/2/16, we brought it in for the third oil change. We got a loaner, and told them to call us when everything was actually done because we didn't trust them to order the parts and call. It is now 5/13/16. We still have a tiny loaner that is a total nuisance to drive with two car seats and an older kid, too. As of now, they're saying 4-5 more days. I don't believe them.
This is the all time worst car buying experience!!
I would NOT recommend Van to anyone.
