  • I have had my Lexus serviced here for years as they are the closest dealership to me. In the beginning (at old location) it was the greatest. Since moving to new location not good. Last appointment to change oil they failed to acknowledge us for 15 minutes. And they were very rude to the sweet gentleman that pulled in behind us. Ride to the elderly is unacceptable. Love Lexus HATE HENDRICK.
