  • Buyer beware: the office does not provide you with full or transparent pricing when you call for a quote. I was quoted $150 for beehive removal, only to have the technician show up at my house and inform me that the $150 was only to spray the bees and it was going to be an additional $145 to remove the hive, which was necessary if I didn't want the bees to return. When I called the office to complain about the misleading quote, I was met with a completely flippant woman who refused to let me speak to a supervisor and threatened to not return my money, even though the technician hadn't done any work. Update: the reply I received is filled with lies and I will be taking this up with the BBB. I did request a call back, and a confirmation that my card would not be charged, of which I received neither. Obviously there is some serious retraining needed with the incompetent office staff and the supposedly "ethical" owner.
